Help!
Every student has moments in a course when they get stuck on some concept or problem. It's great to try to solve it yourself, but you should also consider taking advantage of some of the help available to you:
- We have lots of office hours during which you can ask any question you like about the course. Please use them!
- The CSC Help Centre, in BA 2200, is a place where students can drop in and ask course or computer science related questions. It is open Monday to Thursday from 4-6pm, starting the second week of classes. (There are reduced hours in the first week it's open; please see the CS Bulletin Boards for details.)
- The discussion boards are available 24 hours a day. We will do our best to answer questions within the next day or two. Turnaround time on weekends and holidays will likely be longer. Please do not post solutions, or partial solutions, to the discussion boards.
