Week 12

      There will be no tutorials or TA hours in the CDF lab during the week of April 10--April 14.

    Week 11

      • Fri 31 Mar Yiqiao Wang's tutorial

        Yiqiao was forced to miss her tutorial this morning, and offers her students the opportunity to ask questions about assignment 3 and the upcoming term test either through email: yw@cs.toronto.edu, or by coming to her lab hour on Monday April 3rd (see Contact).

    Week 5

        There will be two TAs during reading week in BA2210, Michael on Tuesday from noon to 1pm, and Irum on Friday from 10 to 11 am. In addition, I'll be around every day except Monday (BA3222).

      Assignments 2 is now posted. This is a draft, and may be modified after one of your TAs test-drives it. You'll also find a sample solution for assignment 1 on the same page. If you haven't already, you should:

      • Download Assignment 2, see Assignments page. You may need to empty the cache in your web browser if it has stored an old version of the assignment.
      • Get a CDF computer account and help from Teaching Assistants, see their lab hours. Find out how to use the CDF labs by reading CDF user guide (recommended by CDF staff as your first stop), and then CDF lab page, for (very slightly) more seasoned CDF users.
      • Get involved in your tutorial, find your tutorial section.

    Week 4

      There is a CDF TA who can help students with becoming familiar with the linux machines in the CDF lab and getting remote access. The CDF TA will be present in BA2210 Tuesdays noon--2 pm and Wednesdays noon--2 pm. Check the cork board in BA2210 for updates.
