I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Toronto where I am a part of the Computer Systems and Networks Group. My advisor is Prof Bianca Schroeder.

My research focusses on measuring and improving storage system reliability on unreliable hardware.

My recent research projects include targeted error injection in file systems, improving SSD storage reliability using WOM codes, Collecting and analysing block traces of modern applications on fast persistent media, and conducting experiments in large scale data centers to quantify the impact of workload and environment on storage systems. A wordcloud of my thesis proposal highlights the core areas of my research!
