Paper remark request form If you feel that there has been a mistake on a rubric, use this form. Please be clear and concise; if we can't understand what you are asking for, we can't do the remark.

Online remark request form If you feel that the autotester has made a mistake in marking an assignment, or you found a trivial mistake on your part that caused a large amount of marks to be lost, use this form. Be clear and concise, and begin by stating whether you think it is your fault (a mistake in your code) or ours (a mistake in the autotester). If you have made a trivial mistake, specify exactly what changes need to be made to your code (including line numbers).
If the error is your fault, then 1% will be deducted from your overall course grade for submitting this request. The deduction will apply regardless of whether your grade changes. -
Special Consideration: IF you are unable to complete homework or if you miss the midterm test due to major illness or other circumstances completely outside of your control, have your doctor complete an official U of T Medical Certificate and submit it to your instructor as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT: Notify your instructor as soon as possible if you find yourself in such a situation. It is always easier to resolve situations earlier rather than later.
