Yaoyao Ding

Department of Computer Science, University of Toronto

I am a fourth year Ph.D. student at University of Toronto, supervised by Professor Gennady Pekhimenko. I also received my master degree here. Before coming to UofT, I received my bachelor degree in computer science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (at ACM Honors Class).

My research interests lie in the general area of systems for machine learning. Currently, I am focusing on the design of domain-specific programming languages for tensor programming on modern GPUs, as well as the implementation of the corresponding compilers. I am also interested in the low-precision computation for large language models.
