This month and next I’ll be working on:

• Exchange testing and powershell scripting exchange functions
• Working with Data Protection Manager for vm and data backups
• WordPress backups and restore testing
• DHCP changes and updates

Here are some of things I’m working on now.

• Adding disks arrays to our new ibm cluster via the storcli command line
• Automating updates to vmware server from the ash command line in esxi 5.5 .
• Testing Hyper-V fault tolerance, backups and High availability

This week I’ll be continuing to test windows deployment server as well as doing account cleanup and maintenance.

• faculty laptop backup system tests

This week is a software update week, and autodesk has updated their registration tool so our network licence file has been received.

In addition to G20 summit preparations, I’ll also be doing windows update tests and hopefully rolling them out next week.
