Systems Analyst, Systems Development & Client Management

This provided marketing with a major tool to win and secure long-term revenue commitment. This system was adopted by AT&T in the United States.

Implemented long-distance calling card provisioning and billing, coordinating information and processes across six separate platforms.

Responsible for the implementation of cross-platform data reconciliation and archiving for AT&T's residential system (prior to its retirement), to eliminate additional storage costs and improve performance efficiency by removing stale data.

Responsible for providing creative, workable design solutions to complex systems issues and requirements.
