!! Important !! (September 21) :

In view of the tragic events of September 11, our hearts go out to all those who lost loved ones or colleagues in the horrific acts of terrorism in New York and Washington, USA.

In spite of recent events, we still strongly believe that the Fourth International Conference on the Unified Modeling Language <<UML>> 2001 is the premier venue for exchange of innovative technical ideas and experiences relating to the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Therefore, we would like to reassure you that <<UML>> 2001, will be held as scheduled on October 1-5, 2001 in Toronto, Canada.

Unfortunately, some of the pre-conference activities (workshops and tutorials) had to be reduced. Please refer to the Workshops, Tutorials and Programme pages).

Sincerely,

Jaelson Castro
Conference Chair <<UML>> 2001
