Clustering Techniques

I am interested in developing clustering algorithms for data sets with categorical attributes. I have devised "LIMBO", a scalable algorithm that clusters both tuples of categorical data and the values within attributes of categorical data.  

Schema Discovery

I am studying the use of clustering techniques in decomposing relational tables. More precisely, I am currently extending "Limbo" so that it can find regions of homogeneous content in the data.

Privacy Preserving Issues

I am interested in the application of Data Mining techniques on scenarios where privacy of users' data must be preserved. My current interest is how to cluster data in such environments.

In the past, I have conducted research on multidimensional data modeling. I have also worked on recasting Program Reverse Engineering to On-Line Analytical Processing.
