Sim City 2000 has a menu bar acros the top of the screen to provide several basic options for the game. These include:
This menu bar is a hierarchy menu so each of these catigories has several other options inside it. This menu provides several options for the running of the game but is not actually used in the game itself. The help function provides on-line documentation which provides information about the different aspects involved in the game.
The program also uses a graphical tool bar down the side of the screen. The pictrues show the tool provided. By clicking on the picture you can place that item where ever you want in your city. This tool bar is not hierearchical but is used in the playing or the game.
This would be concidered a combination interface system because it makes use of both menue and graphic interface systems.
