Over the pass few weeks, I have examined serval different graphic software packages. The one that stood apart for the others is PowerPoint. It is my opinion that the designers of PowerPoint took into consideration facility and speed when creating PowerPoint. For the average person who is not familiar with graphic applicaitons PowerPoint is simple and easy to use. Its step by step instructions make learning a breeze. It various predesigned layouts and designs reduce the amount of time the user spent on doing their presention. By the click of an icon any task can be proformed. I particular like Its ability to do different printing procedures in one step.
For those of us who have a very busy schedule, I strongly recommend PowerPoint as the software for creating your presentation. It quick, easy and uncomplicated.
