interface with pop-up menus, graphical icons and wizards to perform
various functions.
- It has pre-designed templates and autolayouts.
- It has a number of text and image editing features such as:
- changing size, font, colour and appearance of text
- automatically changing the case of text
- adding periods after sentences in a list
- adding and deleting bullets to a list, changing the appearance of bullets
- centering and aligning text blocks

- It also has a number of different print functions:
- Black and white printing and
- printing multiple copies and selected pages
- Powerpoint also enables a user to print a notes page for a speaker
and different notes pages for the audience.
- A master page can also be made to include features that are common
to all pages, for instance, to change the fonts on all the pages of a
document, a user can just change the font on the master page and that
change will carry on to all the pages.
- Powerpoint has an wide range of clip arts which can be inserted in
a document to enhance its outlook.
- Powerpoint also enables a user to import tables and graphs from
other programs such as Excel.
The correct usage of the above features can create a very robust presentation.
