My philosophical outlook and approach

I am passionate about people and ideas. I err on the side of optimism with the belief that all of us can be better by viewing the incredible beauty around us and striving towards hope, despite the challenges and disappointment life may bring. My scope of interests are eclectic though my chosen philosophies I believe are clear and consistent. My path through life is a reflection of my varied tastes as I have chosen such diverse enterprises as driving a school bus, sound engineering and design, studying philosophy and theology, composing music, working within the theatre industry, working with computers as a computer systems administrator and starting up various entrepreneurial ventures. I enjoy good conversation, nice wine and single malt scotch, good friends and great food. I enjoy cooking to relax, though I rarely ever use a recipe except for inspiration. I strive for clarity in life and in business and truly enjoy meeting authentic people. I believe the greatest gift that one person can give another is to love and inspire them. My hope is that I strive towards this goal daily, which I believe, on occasion I may succeed.
