MaxSat Instances used in the annual MaxSat evaluations

From 2006 to current, the instances used in each year's evaluation are in separate directories. in the following zip. The file names used in each evaluation year are preserved, but most of these files are simply symlinks into master set instances (where they might have different names). Note that there are many duplications across evaluation years (the same instance used in multiple years), and there are even some duplicates in the same year where a single instance appeared with different file names. In all cases duplicated files have been replaced to symlimks to a single file.

The master collection must be downloaded and unzipped first. This file unzips into subdirectory called maxsat-instances
