About Me
I am an undergraduate student at the University of Toronto pursuing a Specialist in Computer Science with a focus in AI.
My interests have grown over the years, from astrophysics to metaphysics and pure math, before commiting to Computer Science which has enabled me to explore my passion for building intelligent systems to bridge the gap between humans and technology. You can still find me pondering about the universe we live in and engage in philosophical discussions about the nature of our existence.
I am particularly interested in helping computers perceive the natural and human world, while doing so in a resource-efficient manner.

- embARC lab, University of Toronto: Conducting research in knowledge distillation with Dr. Nandita Vijaykumar and Gavin Guan to make State of the Art vision models accessible for different hardware constraints.

Past Work
- Ecopia AI: Worked as a 3D Computer Vision Engineer on the pipeline to create, and extract insights from, digital twins of the world around us at scale.
- Independent Research: What, and how, do Graph Convolutional Neural Networks learn from data?
- CHAI Lab: Conducted research at the intersection of ML, pervasive computing, and healthcare, to enable earbud-based cardiac assessment.
Fun / Personal Growth
- Math (yes, that is a hobby) & logic puzzles.

- Music - I have been beatboxing since 2017 and recently began playing the drums. I’m always down for a musical jam session.
