Grace Day Request form Use this form to notify us when you use one or more grace days for an assignment.
Online remark request form (to be posted soon) If you feel that your marker has made a mistake in marking an assignment or a test, or you found a trivial mistake on your part that caused a large amount of marks to be lost, use this form. Be clear and concise, and begin by stating whether you think it is your fault or ours.
Your mark may increase or decrease based on this regrading; the entire assignment is usually regraded.
Special Consideration: If you are unable to complete homework or if you miss the midterm test due to major illness or other circumstances completely outside of your control, have your doctor complete an official U of T Medical Certificate and submit it to your instructor as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT: Notify your instructor as soon as possible if you find yourself in such a situation. It is always easier to resolve situations earlier rather than later.
