• We are all peers. The difference between the most capable person and the least is much smaller than the vastness of our collective ignorance.
• Protect people, not ideas. No idea is sacred, but if you critique an idea, stick around to address the critique. People need to feel secure and that their place in the community is not being questioned.
• Yes, and... If someone proposes a new idea, try to find the best version of that idea.
• Believe in people and try to accelerate their personal mission. When you let someone in to your life, go all-in. Work hard to help them achieve their personal mission.
