I'm a PhD student at the Department of Computer Science in University of Toronto. I am privileged to work under the supervision of Prof. Michael Brudno.

My PhD research mainly involves developing new machine learning methods with the goal of facilitating health care services. Particularly, my research focuses on data involving clinical text and biomedical graphs/ontologies. On the machine learning side, I am mostly interested in natural language processing (NLP), graph neural networks and bayesian deep learning.
