In this phase, most of your work is on integrating the Web service 
developed by another group with your client program and maintaining 
your own web service for the other groups. Only when no one choose 
your web service, should you integrate the client with your own web 
service. 

Full Implementation (80%)

   + The resulting OmniEditor systems will be tested by us. The bugs 
     we found will hurt your overall mark, you should be rather 
     conservative in doing an integration.

Documentation is still a part of the mark (20%).
   + user's guide and a brief installation guide
   + bug report in bugzilla 
   + software evolution in measured dimensions: 
     correctness, reliability, performance and complexity.
   + updated documentation for the phase B (emphasizing changes)
   ? a summerizing presentation (strictly within 5 minutes)
   ? releasing source code with a license you choose
   ? individually reports candidly on
     * lessons learnt in course project 
     * 360 degree evaluation of your team members
   ? staring an open-source project in SourceForge
     * Your project will be alive after the course :)

   "+" means manditary, "?" means optional

   Deadline is Dec 2 after class 21:00,  
	? electronically version of your documentation can be
	  handed in by email, also should be before the deadline. 
   Punishment 10%/day rule is applied to the late submissions.
