Deploy Desktop
Mika asked to switch his ltsp for a desktop so that he can run software that won't run properly on the thin clients.

SVN Server Setup
Set up a system that will allow users to easily create and share SVN repositories. It will have to work for sharing with non-cslab users.

Write and upload instructions for how to setup and use SVN on the cslab server.

Update Dropbox documentation
Update my documentation for how to use dropbox on the cslab servers.

Sort out Toni's Filesharing
Meet with Toni and figure out her file sharing needs and how we can meet them.

Update Latex Packages: dcsletter and ut-thesis
Francois created new Latex packages that need to be updated on the cslab servers.

Troubleshoot Latex ut-letter
ut-letter document package in Latex is not working properly on the apps machines when running latex or pdflatex from the command line.

Large Inbox Folders
 Track down users with large inbox folders on the cslab mailserver. Find out why those inbox folders are so large and fix it.

Check Theory Computer Inventory
Check the machine inventory and make sure its up to date. Old white LTSPs can be scrapped, fill out disposal forms.

Test iOS Webmail App
Test iOS cslab webmail app on iPhone and iPad before announcing to department.

New Theory Computing Platform
The LTSPs are getting old and we need to start thinking about replacing them.

Black Toner clw-theory
Down to 22% (approx 190 pages). New toner has been ordered

Cleanup Old Account
Account are not deleted unless requested by the user or the account sponsor, this has resulted in a lot of old account remaining on the system even if they are no longer being used. Break down accounts by supervisor and set up a meeting with each faculty member to go over that accounts and see which if any can be deleted.

Wipe and reinstall Windows 7

Wapps
Wapps has been upgraded and is no longer working quite the way the instructions on the website say. Work around using cslab\username as login name and deleting .rdesktop folder in home directory before each use. Need to let core know to change documentation on support site.

Updating Documentation
I'm working on updating the documentation on this site, especially the sections relevant to visitors and new students/faculty. Ultimately, the plan is to also make it searchable.
