As a point of contact I am not always working in my office. I often step out to go to users' offices, to talk to and work with other POCs or CSLab core staff, troubleshoot networking problems at the site, etc. I do my best to take my laptop with me and keep an eye on my email when I'm out of the office for an extended period of time (an hour or more), but this is not always possible. Having said that, I will be in my office at the times indicated below. I left the time periods when I'm most likely to be away from my office (ie for meetings) blank.

If you are experiencing problems while working on your terminal (aka think client, ltsp). Please email me with the answeres to these questions. The more details you can provide, the more likely we can track down and fix the problem.
