Comments on Homework 2

Q1: Everyone got full mark.
Q2: A common error is to apply the introduction rule for quantifiers for 
*subformula* of some formula that occur in the sequent.
Q3: There are only some minor errors.
Q4,5,6: The majority of people got full mark.
Q7: Some people forgot to prove the minimality of the cardinality of the 
universe.
Q8: Some people got wrong estimates for the upper bound.
