About me

My name is Nirvana Nursimulu (she/her). I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre at the University Health Network. I am part of Dr Kumar's group investigating the molecular mechanisms behind cancer progression and biology.

In a previous life, I was a PhD student in the Computer Science department at the University of Toronto where I was co-supervised by Drs Parkinson and Moses. I have conducted research on metabolic simulations and parasite evolution.
