We will first look at the distribution of inter-contact times
between nodes in DTNs. We will show that, under some mobility models, the
distribution of inter-contact times can be approximated by an exponential
distribution as suggested in the literature.  Then, we will study the
issue of designing an efficient packet forwarding strategy in DTNs by
exploiting heterogeneous mobility.
