		<description>The most likely culprit would have been the guy in the white hoodie holding paper in the air, but would someone selling tests really be so stupid as to be cavalier about them or be caught with physical copies of the test? The answer is yes. Most people who cheat are stupid. Often a person cheats off on a person who isn&#039;t that smart (normally their friend who sits beside them). The person tends to copy their mistakes so  it is very obvious when you are looking at their quizzes. The thing is that they can get away with it since quizzes are not worth much but ofc the instructor would have to deal with them. And I can&#039;t give them a zero.

Anyways, the person with the &quot;test paper&quot; could be lying. I think the best solution is to get the campus police involved because as an undergraduate TA I don&#039;t have any authority.</description>
