About Me

I am a Ph.D. student in Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of Toronto. Professor Alberto Leon-Garcia is my Ph.D. supervisor.

I received my M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto. I received my B.Eng. degree in Computer Science and Technology at Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Wuhan.

Research

As the start of my Ph.D. program, I begin to look into the field of data centers, to study reliability and performance of datacenter structure and operational strategies.

I am interested in information propagation on social networks. During my Master's program, I use graph models to investigate the expected size of influence spreading, individuals' threshold strategy, and explore math models to resemble the real-life influence propagation patterns. Professor Peter Marbach is my Master's supervisor.
