From Tools, select Account Settings:

1. From the window that opens, highlight imap.cs and select Change
2. Select "More Settings"
3. The "Advanced" tab
4. Set the "Use the following type of encryption" to either SSL or TLS
5. Click OK and close the remaining windows.
