Christian has been with the lab since August 2001. His research area is machine learning and image analysis in high-throughput protein crystallography
Dan joined the lab in November 2005. His research focusses on integrative lung cancer data mining and modeling.
Mike joined the lab in October 2012. His research focuses on optimized molecular signiture identification.
Max finished his PhD research on predicting protein-protein interactions and esential genes by data mining, and continues to work on integrative cancer informatics.
Elize finished her PhD research on microRNA structure and function, and continues to work on integrative cancer informatics.

Qing joined the lab in September 2012 and works on ovarian cancer biomarker discovery.
Kalpana joined the lab in May 2011, jointly co-supervised with Dr. M. S. Tsao, working on validation of prognostic signatures.
William joined the lab in October 2011, and works on machine learning applications to biomarker discovery.
Anna will join the lab in November 2011, working on dynamic protein-protein interactions.
Wing has been with the lab since September 2008. He works on development related to protein-protein interaction network visualization and analysis, and lung cancer integrative data portal.
David has been with the lab since October 2003. He is interested in high content visualization and modeling of protein-protein interaction networks.
Renatas joined the lab in May 2012. His interests include advanced network analysis and modeling.
