The 2009 Toronto-Niagara: Ride to Conquer Cancer - Integrative Discovery Team

My Ride this year is in loving memory of Maria Jurisicova, who lost her battle with stomach cancer on May 15, 2009.

It is with great sadness to receive support in name of Mr. Sakellaropoulos, who lost his fight with colon cancer and passed away on April 26th 2009.

And tomorrow at dawn we ride ...

We did it in 2008; and we signed up for 2009 - The Ride to Conquer Cancer, an epic event to raise money benefiting Princess Margaret Hospital and Ontario Cancer Research Institute. It's a cycling journey from Toronto to Niagara Falls - over 200 km - taking place in June 13-14 2009. If you can attend the event (and raise $2,500) please join our team; or consider supporting the fund-raisers.

In 2008, our team raised almost $72K - Team '09 rased almost $62K.  Thank you everyone for helping us.

And, we are going to ride in 2010 - June 12-13 - but this time it is going to be 200 miles - and hopefully IBM-OCI team will manage to raise quarter of a million over the 3 years..
