Der, M.-S. Tsao. A three-gene prognostic classifier for early-stage non-small cell lung cancer. J Clinical Oncology, 25(35): 5562-5569, 2007.
Comparative clinical and pathological features of the Toronto NSCLC patients (n=147) used in the RT-qPCR validation of putative prognostic markers. 19/168 cases were discarded post-normalization due to poor sample quality. Included is also the summary of the clinical annotations for the Harvard and Duke validation datasets. All genes used in the validation with literature sources, relevant accession numbers (UniGene Build Hs.196) and RT-qPCR primer sequences. Gene names in parentheses are the gene aliases used in the original publications. Source numbers refer to the reference numbers in the main text.
Gene symbols and SwissProt IDs for the immediate protein interactors of the prognostic genes from three studies, including ours, as identified by I2D protein-protein interaction database ver.1.002.
