If you could go over LP with the problems 1b, question 2a,b, and d, 
and question 3a, that would be perfect.
 
Note that last year I included a "Cone Lemma" in the class notes, 
which provides a sufficient condition for a vertex of an LP to be maximal.  
This year I cut that lemma out of the class notes.  That's why I am 
skipping questions 1a, and 2c.
