On 360 degree feedback
The 360 degree feedback is commonly used for assessing employees performance. An employee typically
provides his/her manager with a list of people who are most familiar with the employee's work. The
manager performing the evaluation requests feedback from all or a subset of these people on the
employees performance.
In this course each member of the team must provide a 360 degree feedback on his/her teammate. The
feedback is confidential and must be electronically sent to your instructor. Answer the following
questions honestly:
- What are the strengths of your team member on the last phase of the project?
- What are the weaknesses of your team member on the last phase of the project?
- What steps would you recommend your team member to take to improve his/her performance
on the next phase of the project?
Make sure you state your name, student number, and the name of the team member that you are
evaluating.
