Textbook:Introduction to Programming in Prolog by Danny
Crookes.
Nov 5: Reminder: there will be no lecture on Nov 12th.
However, there will be a tutorial on both Nov 10th and Nov 17th. Both of
these will be for Q & A only, for the assignment due Nov 19th.
Oct 1: The TA office hour is 1:30-2:30 Mondays in the Bahen
Building Room BA2200 (just opposite BA2210, the main lab on the 2nd floor).
Oct 1: As discussed in class today, because the TA has not yet
gone over all what it takes to get Prolog programs working under Windows, we
are going to delay Homework #2 and have it due only Oct 13th, rather than next
Tuesday, Oct 6th. The tutorial on Oct 6th will instead go over how to get
Prolog up and running and files loaded, for those who need it. Bring your
laptop and/or your questions! Also at that tutorial, the TA will go over what
he expects you to hand in for your Assignment #1 due Oct 22nd.
Sep 24: As a result of a request in class, the collaboration
policy has been modified from what it says in the Course Information Sheet
below: you are now allowed to collaborate with more than 2 people taking the
course. You must put all the names of collaborators on the front page of your
assignment.
Sep 22: I was asked to pass on the following
message to all 199
students.
