Form descriptions

• Remark Request Form There may be situations in which you feel your marker has made a mistake. Begin by discussing this with your TA, who usually can resolve the problem. If you are still unsatisfied, you may submit this form to your instructor. You must clearly explain why you feel your work was marked unfairly. (Your mark may increase or decrease based on this regrading; the entire assignment will be regraded.)
• E-submission Appeal Form Use this form to correct a trivial error that lost you marks. On the form you must state exactly what must be changed in your submission to correct your error. Do not resubmit your files; instead, we will make the changes you specify, regrade your assignment, and deduct 20% for your error.
• Special Consideration Form If you are unable to complete homework or if you miss the midterm test due to major illness or other circumstances completely outside of your control, have your doctor complete a Student Medical Certificate, print this form, and submit it (along with your Student Medical Certificate) to your instructor as soon as you are well.
