| Shuhao Liu is a PhD student at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He is interested in large-scale distributed system design and implementation. He is crazy about basketball, especially NBA games. | Xuchan (or Jenny) is a third year undergraduate student in the EngSci Robotics option. She is interested in AI, algorithms and software development. She worked on controlling quadrotors with artificial neural networks for her last summer research at UTIAS. In her free time, she enjoys running, playing the game of go and watching cat videos. | Ujash is a Computer Science Specialist student with focuses in AI and Computer Systems. | Hazem Soliman joined the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto, Toronto, ON, Canada, where he is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree in communication networks. From June to November 2014. he was with Bell Labs Stuttgart working on Cloud-RAN systems. His current research interests include multi-cell MIMO, smart grids, game theory, virtual networks, and future networks architectures. | Zihan is a Master's student in ECE, working at the signal integrity lab. His research is concerned with modeling and computing the blood dynamics in human cardiovascular system. Besides research, he enjoys sports and photography. | Lev got back to school after working for 3 years as IT systems engineer. Now he's in the 4th year of his PhD, working on the numerical simulation of the continental collision near South Island, New Zealand. Outside of studying he enjoys playing ping-pong, ultimate frisbee and going on camping trips. | Bryan is a graduate of the Computer Science, Biology and Chemistry Programs at U of T. His interests are in Machine Learning, Information Security, Bioinformatics, and web development (Polymer > React :P). He is also completing his final years as an engineering student.
