Seeing how students were handling the review material of A0,
I rearranged some lecture material, and also wanted to see what the marks were like
before we dive into the new material of A1.
A1 will be posted Thursday, and is due one week later than originally planned.
A2 will be posted next week, and due on it's originally planned date.
The marks for A0 are available through CDF.
The average is 69%, but the median is 75%: so half of you are bunched up near the top.
If we don't count the three students without CSC 236 and 207, more than 3/5 of you are above 74%,
and 1/5 are below 44%.
For some of you this is a good time to reflect on Joel Spolsky's article (see the "Content" page),
and go back over A0 again: master those concepts so you can focus on the simpler task
of using new syntax, and also the deeper task of applying those concepts in new situations;
also, tutorials are there for you to personalize the pace and material by participating,
not for the TA to present a lot of new material.
