All assignment submissions must include a completed cover sheet (in Adobe PDF).
Precise submission instructions will be provided on each assignment handout. Pay particular attention to the due time, which will be strictly enforced. If you need to submit an assignment for special consideration, please read the Policy on Special Consideration carefully.

All quizzes will be closed book and will be held during regularly scheduled tutorial times -- see the Important Dates page for the exact quiz dates, and the Contact Information page for the list of tutorial sections.
You must attent the correct quiz for the tutorial section that you are enrolled in, otherwise your quiz will NOT be marked! Each tutorial section will only have a limited number of copies of the quiz papers available (to minimize waste) and will be unable to accomodate extra students. If this is not possible, please contact your instructor immediately to make alternative arrangements.
