Directions to the Department of Computer Science at the University of Toronto

Most of the vision group is located in the Pratt Building, 6 King's College Rd. (On this map, near the bottom, the building is marked PT.) The building is located just north of College between St. George and University. One block east of St. George is a small road called King's College Rd. running north into UofT Campus. We are the second building north of College on the left (west) side. Below is a picture of the building.

Public Transportation
By TTC the closest station is Queen's Park. Get out on the northwest corner of University and College and walk west on College a few hundred metres to King's College Rd.

From airport
To get to downtown from the airport, follow signs for highway 427 South, take it to the Gardiner Expressway East into Toronto, look for the exit to York St. (the one after the Spadina St. exit). Take this north, and it will turn into University Ave. Take University north until College. Turn left (which is a bit tricky, involving going north about 50 metres through the intersection, making a u-turn, coming south, and turning right) and continue one block to King's College Rd.

Parking:
Parking is available in several places, like King's College Circle, but you need to get a ticket from one or several machines (one is located on the north side of the Sanford Fleming Building).

The Department has a parking spot which I may be able to reserve for your use if you let me know in advance. Alternately, if you continue west on college just past the university entrace and turn left onto Henry St. you can often get street parking there.

Alternatively, there is a parking lot underneath the new Bahen building. The Bahen building is across St George street from the Galbraith Building (marked GB on the map above). The entrance to the Bahen building parking lot is at the rear (off Huron street, parallel to St George, one block west).
