We stress that some material will be covered in lectures and tutorials that is NOT covered in the videos. Students are responsible for the material covered in lectures and tutorial even if not covered in the videos. Note: Course videos and materials belong to your instructor, the University, and/or other sources depending on the specific facts of each situation, and are protected by copyright. In this course, you are permitted to download session videos and materials for your own academic use, but you should not copy, share, or use them for any other purpose without the explicit permission of the instructor. Assignments: There will three (3) assignments, each comprising theoretical written work and programming exercises. They will be posted on the course calendar page. (Assignments 1, 2 and 3 have been posted.) Tests: There will be two (2) term tests to assess students' understanding of material covered in lectures, tutorials, course notes and assignments. The first term test will be Monday, February 12, 17:00-18:0 in HLB101. The second term test will be Friday, March 15, 19:00-20:00, also in HLB101. Exam: There will be a final exam. |
