Miscellaneous
This is a collection of notes, code and other information I've generated over the years. It should probably be better organized; I'll get to that eventually.
It should be noted that Sam Roweis has tons of useful and interesting stuff of his own (and links to other people's) over at his notes page.
- Some review notes on information theory (I prepared these as aid sheets for my midterm and final as an undergrad): (for anyone who is wondering, they were prepared in LaTeX with the multicols environment)
- Some statistics review notes I put together for STA248H, "Statistics for Computer Scientists". The chapters mentioned refer to the textbook used in the course when I took it, namely Introduction to Probability and Statistics by J. Susan Milton and Jesse C. Arnold (though a number of topics in the notes, notably the bootstrap, are not covered in the text at all).
- Some review questions on simple finite state automata that I put together for tutoring purposes. Uses the notation from Vassos Hadzilacos' course notes package for CSC236H.
- Some notes on Asus motherboards, specifically the P4V8X-MX.
