Format, Tiebreakers

There are 3 participating teams in Voyageurs Cup 2005: Montreal Impact, Toronto Lynx and Vancouver Whitecaps. Each team plays 2 matches (1 home, 1 away) against each other team, for a total of 4 matches (2 home, 2 away) per team and 6 matches overall. All of these matches are drawn from the 2005 United Soccer Leagues First Division (USL D1) regular season.

In each match, 3 points are awarded for a win, 1 point is awarded for a draw, and 0 points are awarded for a loss. The three teams are ranked according to the total number of points obtained in all Voyageurs Cup 2005 matches. If two or more teams are tied on points then they are ranked relative to each other by applying the following tiebreakers (if all three teams are tied and a tiebreaker separates one from the other two but not all three of them, then this procedure is reapplied, starting with the first tiebreaker, to the teams that remain tied):

Format, Tiebreakers

There are 3 participating teams in Women's Voyageurs Cup East 2005: Ottawa Fury, Sudbury Canadians and Toronto Lynx. Each team plays 2 matches (1 home, 1 away) against each other team, for a total of 4 matches (2 home, 2 away) per team and 6 matches overall. All of these matches are drawn from the 2005 United Soccer Leagues (USL) W-League regular season.

In each match, 3 points are awarded for a win (even if it comes in extra time), 1 point is awarded for a draw, and 0 points are awarded for a loss (even if it comes in extra time). The three teams are ranked according to the total number of points obtained in all Women's Voyageurs Cup East 2005 matches. If two or more teams are tied on points then they are ranked relative to each other by applying the following tiebreakers (if all three teams are tied and a tiebreaker separates one from the other two but not all three of them, then this procedure is reapplied, starting with the first tiebreaker, to the teams that remain tied):
