  • Standish text,
  • "PC 97" guide,
  • "Don't panic guide to VisualAge for Java",
  • 148 Handbook, and
  • 148 Lecture Notes.
• Read pages 1-14 of the Handbook.
• In the Lecture Notes read up to today. Make a friend and borrow their notes.
• Get the handouts you've missed from this web page. So far you've missed the Assignment 0 handout and the Course Information Sheet.
• Start assignment 0 (due 21 Jan).
• Computer accounts: A list is posted on my corkboard (outside SF 2302). New accounts are created every Monday or Tuesday.
• Computer labs: See "PC 97".
