Description:
The graph shows the lowest rank of a wrong prediction. As long as the rank is greater
than 1, we will continue to solve the problem. If the highest ranked bias is 1, then
we have either solved the problem, or are about to fail with a wrong decision, or the
heuristic picked some other variable with the same bias that was correct (ie. by random
chance, it could have failed if it selected a different variable with extreme bias).
