A busy year adopting the role and the learning trail as
President-elect of CAIMS/SCMAI while supporting the activities.

1. To support the International Mathematical Modelling Challenge (IMMC2026).
Seeking possible sustainability of this international event series in Canada.

2. International collaboration: Contacted and Initiated the discussion with CSIAM (Chinese SIAM).

3. Initiated and will continue the discussion on "Indigenous and applied mathematics".
