You must fill out and attach this cover page to your assignment. If your assignment does not have a cover page, then it will NOT be marked.
Assignments should be submitted to the dropbox in BA 2220. Late assignments tothe dropboxes as well, unless you require special consideration. Assignments submitted for special consideration must be handed in directly to your instructor.

To help you study for the midterm test, here are copies of the midterm tests for previous offerings of the course. Unfortunately, this is only the third time that this course is offered so we do not have any more midterms.
We found some partial solutions/notes produced for internal use while the Winter 2003 Final Exam was being made. They look close to complete, but be warned that they weren't intended for the public and we haven't had a chance to check them for accuracy, completeness or form (for example the solution to the last question is more informal than we would expect).
