**** CSC 108 - To Do List **** You should do the following by the end of the first week: 1. Read the course information sheet and familiarize yourself with the course website: http://www.cs.toronto.edu/~campbell/108/05w/ 2. When you register for this course you are given an account on the CDF-PC computer network. You will use this account when working in the labs and when submitting assignments. Look up your CDF-PC username: http://www.cdf.toronto.edu/cgi-bin/webfinger 3. This course has an electronic bulletin board, which is used to ask course-related questions. The bulletin board will be monitored by the instructors and a TA. Students are also welcome to answer questions. Create an account on the bulletin board (use your CDF-PC username!). Log in and practice posting: http://www.cs.toronto.edu/~faye/108s/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi 4. The first pre-lab is due on Monday, January 10th by 9am. The pre-labs are done using an online tool called CodeLab. Register and pay for CodeLab, then do the first pre-lab! If you plan on working on your assignments on your home computer, then you will need to install Java and DrJava (they are both free!).
