Integrative Genomic Analyses of Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumours (ATRTs).

Abstract

ATRTs (atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumours) represent one of the most aggressive pediatric brain tumours. Despite substantial clinical heterogeneity, ATRTs have been reported to exhibit balanced genomes with only recurrent somatic alterations of the SMARCB1 locus on chr22. To investigate molecular mechanisms underlying clinical heterogeneity in ATRTs, biology we comprehensively interrogated 63 ATRTs using an integrated genomics approach.63 ATRTs were investigated using a combination of OmniQuad ultra-high resolution.
