Corrections to MSc thesis

Thanks to Daniele Micciancio for finding this mistake.

Chapter 2: p.32 (33, 34) Algorithm J, line 3(a): Changed definition of beta' from beta' = beta - (1-i)B_1 + jB_1' to beta' = beta + (1-i)B_1 + jB_1'; line 5: Changed assignment y_1'=1-i to y_1'=i-1. The rest of the proof was changed accordingly, and the final result was preserved.
Chapter 3: p. 52 (53, 54) Same changes to algorithm J and to the rest of the proof.
