As a new computer user I find Win'95 to be quite helpful. I have always been very computer phobic, but Win'95 has helped me overcome my phobia. The help secton in Win'95 is particularily helpful. This secton provides all the information that any user needs to know in order to work more efficiently. Another feature of Win'95 which is helpful, is that it does not delete files even when it is commanded to do so. Instead it holds these deleted files in a recycling bin. This feature has saved me on more than one occassion from deleting important files. Since Win'95 allows me to personalize it feels more user friendly than other operating systems I have used. Command line operating systems force you to memorize commands, directories and executable file names. Windows uses icons that are linked to the executable files, these are activated by double clicking on the icon. The icons have the name of the program underneath a nice picture that is associated to it. Win'95 is definately an operating system which I would reccomend to anyone. It is easy to use and efficient.
