USAGE AND USERS
PowerPoint is a presentation graphic package which runs under Windows.

Its clip art feature has numerous clip arts form various categories for those users who which to add some jazz to their presentation. There are serval types of output options availabe to PowerPoint users. Your output can be produced in black/white or colour paper copy depending on your printer capability. It allows you to generats 35mm slides, posters, and other media by sending your file to film or service bureau. For the advance users, such as animators, PowerPoint can be linked to their audio or video equipments.
